Training focuses on functional strength, power, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention, not random workouts.

Sessions include guided strength training, explosive work, conditioning circuits, and mobility development, adapted to your level and goals.
You can combine it with martial arts training
or train exclusively in our strength & conditioning classes.
