    To ensure the best experience for everyone, all classes must be booked in advance through our website or the Black Lotus MMA app.

  • Just bring comfortable training clothes and a water bottle. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around and answer any questions.

    For your trial class, we will lend you everything you need free of charge.

    After your trial, equipment can be rented for CHF 15 per session, or you can purchase your own equipment directly at the gym.

  • Children can start training with us from 5 years old. We offer dedicated youth classes designed to build confidence, discipline, coordination, and fitness in a safe and positive environment.

  • There is no single "best" class to start with. Some people enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, others prefer Kickboxing or MMA. The best approach is often to try a few different classes and discover what you enjoy most.

  • A warm welcome, a great workout, and a chance to learn something new. Your first class will typically include a warm-up, technical instruction, partner drills, and conditioning exercises.

  • Safety is one of our top priorities. All classes are supervised by Luigi Vendramini, a professional MMA coach, and we emphasize proper technique, control, and respect for training partners. Sparring is always supervised and never mandatory.
